Kaylee joined Indy Pet CORE, now Velocity Vet, in 2018 after developing an interest in orthopedics during college. Her love of dogs and passion for human fitness inspired her to become a Certified Canine Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCC) through NC State.
For Kaylee, one of the most rewarding parts of veterinary rehabilitation is helping improve her patients’ quality of life and watching them become stronger, happier, and healthier. Her passion for animal welfare also extends beyond the clinic. She is a dedicated advocate for animals in need and volunteers with Indianapolis Animal Care Services (IACS).
At home, Kaylee has four rescues: Gunner, a Treeing Walker Coonhound, and three cats named Ren, Mia, and Letty. In her free time, she enjoys staying active and working out, being an aunt to her niece and nephews, spending time at Lake Michigan, and cheering on Michigan sports with her family. Go Blue!
